President Vaclav Klaus said this week he would not reject the proposal for Cunek's re-appointment to the government. Klaus is to meet Topolanek on Monday when Topolanek wants to present the assessment of his cabinet's work, so he and Klaus will probably not discuss Cunek's return. Topolanek reiterated that a chairman of a coalition party should be in the government. "On the other hand, I would be a bad prime minister if I admitted Jiri Cunek to the government and the government would collapse next day," Topolanek noted. Cunek is now preparing all necessary documents for Schwarzenberg so the latter would have no other reason to protest, said Topolanek who talked to Cunek today. Schwarzenberg, 70, is recovering from a heart surgery abroad.
