A suicide attack near NATO troops in eastern Afghanistan has killed 15 Afghans and wounded another 25.
The insurgent Taliban movement said it carried out the attack near the district centre of Khogyani in the eastern province of Nangarhar. A spokesman for the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force said no ISAF troops were wounded in the attack that began with small arms fire.
