Czech parliament to debate Lisbon Treaty next week ... parliaments. All of the 27 EU member states have to approve the Treaty of Lisbon for it to take effect. 14 countries still need to ratify the reforms before a 2009 deadline. Ireland is the only EU state holding a referendum on the issue.
