In Bundesliga soccer action on Saturday: With Bayern Munich having already clinched the league title, all eyes were on the battle against relegation.
Bayern beat Duisburg 3-2 to send them into division 2 for next season. Joining them in the second division will be Hansa Rostock, after they dropped a 2-1 decision to Bayer Leverkusen. Elsewhere, Bielefeld and Dortmund played to a 2-2 draw, Energie Cottbus avoided the drop by defeating Hamburg 2-0, Wolfsburg downed Stuttgart 4-0, Bochum beat Karlsruhe 3-1. Werder Bremen held on to second place and direct qualification for the Champions League by crushing Hanover 6-1. Schalke are in third after beating Frankfurt 1-0.
