The anti-trust office (UOHS) enquired into the tender in 2005 but uncovered no mistakes. However, the UOHS's decision was later abolished by the Regional Court in Brno which said the tender had been irregular.

Tenders for supplies of arms and certain types of military equipment, the most expensive ones, are exempted from the law on placing public orders. The order for the supply of 369 containers ISO IC that the military mainly uses to store and transfer materiel, ranks in the category checkable by the UOHS. The UOHS, nevertheless found no mistakes in the tender. It was only the regional court that complied with the protests of an unsuccessful bidder, the UNIKO Zlin company.
