Bangladeshi officials have recovered at least 36 dead bodies from a ferry that capsized overnight during a tropical storm in northern Bangladesh.

UK journalist 'released in Iraq' ... government administrator Sultan Ahmed said the death toll from the accident which occured late on Monday could rise because some of those missing were feared trapped inside the sunken ferry. Officials claim at least 150 people were aboard the MV Chanpur when it was caught in the storm and sank in the Ghorautra River, north of the capital, Dhaka.
