State attorney points to shortcomings in handling of Cunek case ... the then five-year-old daughter of his girl-friend from the beginning of 2005 till June 2006 in his flat and at other places. He stored the snaps in his computer where they were uncovered by the police. The court found that the former policeman had committed the crime of endangering young people's morals. The officer who served as a Prague district police investigator focusing on financial crime pleaded not guilty during the proceedings in the local court.
He said he had never made any photos of the girl and had even never seen them. He said it was probably his girl-friend who placed the photos in his computer as a revenge for his adultery. However, the woman rejected the accusation.
