Nine ministers from former Pakistani premier Nawaz Sharif's party have tendered their resignation over a dispute about the reinstatement of judges sacked by President Pervez Musharraf under emergency rule last year.
State television reported that ministers from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz faction submitted their resignations to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in Islamabad.
