Mohamed ElBaradei, the head of the UN atomic watchdog agency, has warned against attacks on Iran amid reports that Israel has rehearsed a potential air raid.
The New York Times says more than 100 Israeli warplanes exercised over the eastern Mediterranean in recent weeks to practice a potential strike on Iran's nuclear facilities. Iran says its centrifuges are running "non-stop" but for electricity generation only. Russia too has warned against force without proof.
