North Korea 'tests sea missiles' ... regional party in India has said it will back the government over a controversial nuclear energy agreement with the United States, easing concerns the pact could trigger early elections. Support from the Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh would give the government a secure parliamentary majority for the deal.
Communist parties claim the accord would make India a pawn of Washington.
