South African President Thabo Mbeki has held first talks with Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe since his counterpart's re-election last week.
But opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai refused to speak with Mbeki, whom Tsvangirai accuses of siding with Mugabe.
