14.07.2008 - Czech military wants to buy 79 four-wheel drive vehicles

Twenty-two bidders have fetched the documentation for the contract at the Defence Ministry. The deal is to be worth 317 million crowns, the server writes. The military would like to receive the first vehicles by early September and the delivery should be completed by next May, it adds. The server writes that the Czech version of the bid, published at the webpage of the European Defence Agency (EDA), speaks about the purchase of Land Rovers, while the English version does not mention them.
