The executions took place in the north-eastern city of Sabzeva, Reuters news agency reported.
It was not revealed what crimes those executed had been accused of, nor how they were killed or when, but the radio report said they were "wicked people".
On Saturday four others, convicted of murder, were publicly hanged in the southern province of Bushehr, an Iranian newspaper reported.
Murder, rape, adultery, drug trafficking, armed robbery and apostasy - the abandoning of religious faith - all carry the death penalty under Iranian Sharia law.
In January, Iran's judiciary chief Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi-Shahroudi ordered that all public executions must have his approval.
