Czech press survey ... is now returning to the anti-corruption police for further investigation. Justice Minister Jiri Pospisil suspended Kula last Friday on the basis of the police information. Kreuzzieger resigned previously from the post of Kula's deputy over the dubious order. Kula said he categorically disagrees with the criminal proceedings when they were started.
He said he only signed a contract prepared by his subordinates. He refused to resign by himself when he was accused and he took holiday. Since his suspension the Prison Service has been directed by his relevant deputies. (USD1=14.617 crowns)
