Moscow diplomatically isolated. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is in Tbilisi for talks with Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili.  Rice arrived there from France where she held talks on Thursday with President Nicolas Sarkozy about the French-brokered ceasefire deal. She was hoping to get Saakashvili to sign the agreement.
