Authorities in Egypt say they are going to start an investigation into a fire that raced through the Senate building in Cairo. Firefighters battled throughout most of the night on Tuesday before extinguishing the blaze in the historic 19th-century building.
13 people were taken to hospital, all for smoke-related injuries. Officials have not yet said what caused the fire.
