The Georgian Foreign Ministry has said Georgia is to recall all diplomatic staff from its embassy in Moscow because of Russia's military presence in Georgia.

Russia Sets Up Black Sea Blockade as Caucasus War Widens ... in accordance with an EU-brokered ceasefire. The EU is to hold a summit in Brussels on Monday to discuss ways of forcing Russia to implement completely the six-point agreement brokered by French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Among other things, the agreement calls for the retreat of Russian forces to pre-conflict positions.
