The fake photographs were then offered to politicians and lobbyists, including Morava, who allegedly tried to gather sensitive information on his colleagues.On Friday, Topolanek said the media and Tlusty are to blame for the scandal, while he considered Morava rather a victim. He said he believed Tlusty, a rebel among the Civic Democrats, initiated the whole case.Topolanek called on Tlusty to leave the lower house over the scandal, which Tlusty rejected.Topolanek said Morava should consider his resignation, too.The reportage has confirmed that Tlusty offered himself as a "decoy" for the plan.The reportage also showed that Morava was interested in compromising material about another two ODS rebels, the deputies Juraj Raninec and Jan Schwippel.He even indicated that he already had such information on one of them.The reportage did not provide a clue on whether Morava acted in his own right or whether anyone from the ODS leadership had known about it.
