Suicide bomber kills 15 in S. Afghanistan ... said the bombs were set off at a busy market place, a thoroughfare and at a parking lot and were aimed at people doing their weekend shopping. A little known Islamist terrorist group called the Indian Mujahadeen has claimed responsibility for the bombings.
