The UN's Yugoslav war crimes court has sentenced former Bosnian army comnmander Rasim Delic to three years' imprisonment for cruel treatment committed by his troops in the country's 1992-95 war. Delic was acquitted of murder of Croats and Serbs by the Hague-based court due to lack of evidence.
