Bush lectures China ahead of Games ... delivered. US President George W. Bush is to visit areas of Texas devastated by the hurricane on Tuesday. Bush was widely criticised for a botched relief effort in New Orleans after Hurrican Katrina in 2005, which killed about 1,800 people in the United States.
