What questions would you like to ask about the Millennium Development Goals?
The United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) set out a vision for a more just world.
The eight MDGs range from halving extreme poverty to halting the spread of HIV/AIDS and providing universal primary education - all by the target date of Un chief Ban calls for more development aid ...
German FM makes unannounced visit to Afghanistan ...
German Journalists Demand Free Access During Beijing Olympics ...
Crouch agrees terms with Pompey ...
Australia PM in new nude art row ...
Britain to double aid to Pakistan ... 2015.
Based on current trends, many of the goals will not be reached on time.
Halfway to the deadline a special BBC World Debate asks whether these goals can be achieved by the 2015 deadline. The debate will feature heads of state, UN officials, leaders from the private sector and non-governmental organisations.
Would you like to ask the BBC World Panel a question? Can the 2015 MDGs still be reached? How can the goals be achieved? Are the targets realistic?
In most cases a selection of your comments will be published, displaying your name and location unless you state otherwise in the box below.
