Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart Francois Fillon have agreed to do more to strengthen ties between the European Union and Russia.
Fillon was in the Black Sea resort of Sochi and said after meeting Putin that the more Europe and Russia speak to each other and maintain trust, the easier stability and peace will be to construct.
